Dave Grohl, Josh Homme + John Paul Jones = Rock 'n Roll

Apparently, Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme, Dave Grohl of Nirvana/Foo Fighter fame and that bassist dude from Led Zepplin, John Paul Jones have recorded some music together.

This excites us. The last time Grohl and Homme hung out and made a record, we got Songs for the Deaf and shows like this:

Details are still sketchy, although Homme's wife Brody Dalle of Spinnerette said a few things here. Whatever it is, we say bring it on.

Good News Amongst Bad News

While our economy flushes itself down the toilet, some good news in the music world was released today. Lets check it out:

Robert Plant: No Zeppelin tour in 2009
According to a post on Robert Plant's website, the former lead singer of Led Zeppelin has no future plans to tour or record with the legendary rock band. “It‘s both frustrating and ridiculous for this story to continue to rear its head when all the musicians that surround the story are keen to get on with their individual projects and move forward,” Robert Plant said.

We here at Harmonious Feedback say thank you Mr. Plant. Leave the mystique and legend of the mighty Zeppelin alone.
