In case you've been living under a rock for the past few months, current indie faves/saviors of rock 'n roll The Hold Steady have released their new album Stay Positive through Vagrant records.

Despite the album leaking a full month in advance of the July 15th release date, reviews have been praising Stay Positive and could prove to be the album that elevates The Hold Steady to household name status and an end to playing clubs and being the band everyone loves but no one knows about.

See them while you can.

I've been a fan of The Hold Steady for awhile now, and I'd have to say that this album is as good or even tops Boy and Girls in America. Solid all the way through with some great sounds coming out of the keys.
